mcfonz does sci fi terrain

Right, so, I had to edit the entire post and start again.
The purpose of this project is firstly to establish a sci fi battlefield in a box. The concept was born out of various MDF kits being differing heights and despite being designed, supposedly, to be taken apart and stored flat, would often start to disintegrate after a few uses, or be a bit unstable.
With that in mind, I also had spare old plastic Necromunda bulkheads and lost of the old cardboard terrain that is very much limping it's way to the mid-90's cardboard retirement home in the sky meaning more bulkheads becoming surplus to requirements over time. Anyway, enough waffle.
